"On 6/20/25, I contacted my insurance company and spoke with Audrey regarding my vehicle for road side assistant. At that time she directed me to the app where I filled out the information requested and submitted it. Shortly after that, I received a text stating that a service person would be at my residence within 60 to 90 minutes. Within about 40 minutes a service person was at my residence and changed my flat tire was changed. I was totally satisfied with the service and quickness it took. Thanks Audrey."

"It's always a good thing to have a dedicated contact for just about anything. It's your go-to representative for whatever goods/services that you value in life. Jerica is that go-to contact for me!
