"I have been with Todd Durflinger for years and I always get Amazing service and they work with me amazingly. Most of the time they call me to check and make sure I am good. They aren’t constantly trying to sell me a new product, they care about what I have going on and have no issues making adjustments that suit my situation. His staff and team are amazing. I would recommend them for any insurance needs. Even when the price goes up, with Todd and his team, it’s worth it to stay put."

I know it is not much solace to hear that you were number 2, but I would like to sincerely thank you for all of your assistance and work to answer my questions and comply with my requests. You did so each and every time with the utmost competence, professionalism, and warm customer service, and that is unfortunately somewhat unusual these days.
