"Id say if youre on the fence about switching to a new insurance I would give them a call. Summer is professional and respectful but also really nice. The atmosphere she brings makes you forget youre talking to your insurance, and makes it feel more like a nice talk with your friend who happens to know a lot about insurance. They have always found a great policy within my budget and exceeded my expectations as well. In fact they ended up covering more for less. Thank you for a breath of fresh air in a world of tedious and monotonous tasks and chores!"

"Absolute nonsense. $260 per month for 2 used 2000s Toyotas and very poor service. My car overheated in the desert 8 weeks ago and after over an hour of waiting, state farm couldn't find me a tow truck so they said to find one myself (really?) and that they would reimburse me. I have spent at least the last 5 weeks emailing them to get my money reimbursed and only today when I called them did they finally say that the money was being sent out through mail. I needed the few hundred dollars this costed in a timely manner, but this obviously seemed to not be a concern for Todd Durflinger. Even during business hours, their physical office is closed being only open for walk-ins. 1 star at all is being generous because in my experience, state farm does not care. Your people on the phone and through email were nice, but your services are not."
