"Todd's staff at his Pflugerville office have always been super kind and helpful. I recently was charged for a payment that I shouldn't have been after a policy change due to being on autopay. For some reason the policy change was not being reflected at the local level. I reached out to Todd's office where Bonnie provided stellar customer service in making sure I received a full refund and had the corrected policy change on file. "I love State Farm. Todd's staff are the most awesome people and the most caring people that I've ever dealt with he should be proud to have such an awesome group working for his office. I've compared prices of other insurance companies and have found that they are anywhere from $100 to $200 cheaper than other places that I've checked I would recommend anybody to at least give them a shout out and check them out for a quote.
